Q : How can I get your price list?
A :
Please send us email or fax for our price list and order information, and attach your company informations, including contact person, address, phone, fax and email.
Q : How could I get samples?
A :
We can supply 2 pc free samples(Can't including the product value over usd5.00) if you have a FedEx, DHL, TNT account or other courier freight collect account and agree to pay the courier freight.
If the total value of sample is more than five US dollars, we will ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.
Q : How to place an order?
A :
Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
* Forwarder's contact details ( in China or Hong Kong )
Q : What's your usual payment term for orders?
A :
Wire transfer ( T/T ) to our company bank account or private bank account after order confirmation. We don't accept payment by credit card.
and we appreciate paying by western union for the small amount(sample order), or paypal online payment.
Q : How can the products be sent to us?
A :
For small quantity or weight less than 45 kgs, sent usually by courier.
For orders from 45 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.
The transportation way depends on customers' choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ).
Q : How can we become your sale distributor ?
A :
If you can sell our products USD5,000 to USD20,000 per month, you could be one of our distributor in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than USD30,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.
